How do you get away with listing on GoDaddy and Sedo simultaneously?

How do people do that?
If a domain gets sold on one place, how do you deal with the bidders on the other one? - an auction can't be canceled if it has bids, right?

Or people set a reserve price in each and every case?

If you are listing for sale,
Set BIN in one market, make offer on other market places.
Set BIN on marketplaces, but delete the domains from other marketplaces once a domain is sold. (Little risk is someone wants to play).

If you are listing as Auction, do it only on one marketplace at a time and unlist or set them only as MO on other marketplaces (GD wants the domain to be not listed on other marketplaces during 7 day auction)
