How do you delete a Tough Domains account?

Somewhat alarmed at this.

I created a Tough Domains account to have a play around, added a few domains and had a look at the store.

Ultimately decided it wasn't for me and I want Efty or DMP to serve that purpose.

But....... no option to delete an account and live support requests just time out.

Anybody successfully deleted a Tough domains account and if so.... how?

Feel sorry for the investors who put up $1.5m to build Tough Domains, which four or five years later has a live chat system which never has anybody manning it and a pretty rubbish product.

Has it been abandoned?

Anyway, I've changed my profile name to a random keyboard slap, and apart from email address that's all the data they have so I guess I don't really require a deletion.

It looks like the entire project was abandoned in 2018.

That's when their blog was last updated, and when they last tweeted, and their marketplace reports 1 sale in 2020.
