advice How do I sell my 240 Domains in Bulk If Possible - Help?

I have a bunch of domains for sale. And i didn't want to list this in the for sale area, as I'm not there yet.

My question it, how do I move these fast? What is the best way to sell all these at once? I don't mind taking a hit if it'll save me some time. I know 240 is not a lot to even call bulk, but even if I can get 5-10% of estibot/sedo I'm still looking at 20-50K.

But, if course, it's all about the name. There are all kinds in here. Pattersa, brandables, 2/3 letter, dictionaries, .com, already branded, ect..

Here the list to help provide context, so I can get the best advice. Some are great some are crap. I took out any adult ones or ones with the f word.

I few I can't or won't sell and some are so good that I will auction them.

Any thoughts are real appreciated!

If you're a pro, keep in mind that I've have 20+ years of development experience and can design/build super high-end the sites/apps for customers as well. Anything they want developed, I can do. Not sure if that factors into ta bulk sale sale, but it must add some value if they want to develop on ones of the anyway.

Sorry to say it, but if selling in bulk to a domainer, I think you will never get even close to 20K.

I would list them individually at Sedo or/and Afternic for reasonable BINs.

- You can not sell them in a bulk, your domains are all different, from extension point of view, from the quality point of view, different renewals, etc - some of them are good, some of them have no value at all..who would be a buyer for that?

- you can not sell them fast - even for good names, it takes few years in average to sell.

- you need to organize your domains, and really try to think what are good names, and what are bad names.

For bad names, let them expire - do not "send good money after bad money"...just because you purchased them in past it does not mean you need to renew them.

For good names, analyze it further, not only from for how much it can sell but also for how much it will cost you to keep particular name each year. Based on this, list them individually on all possible marketplaces, as correctly suggested by OP above.

Fastest way, sell them here on an auction for low starting bid and see how it goes.

Otherwise, the advice above is good.

Hey @Mike Lange - looks like you've been busy. Of the ones I checked, you hand-registered them less than a month ago. What makes you think they are worth more than hand-register fees? And why are you in such a hurry to sell domains you just registered? If you sell now in bulk, you will only get pennies on the dollar.

If you are an expert in site development - that is the way to go. Get some website hosting and start to develop the better names on your list into actual websites. Then you can sell the websites on Flippa or here on NamePros for much more than you would get for just the domain names.

Others that you think are worth something in just domain name alone - create a good landing page and market, market, market. The rest you can try to sell as small portfolios - I like @lolwarrior 's suggestion of organizing sets of the names into groups or themes.

despite what you may have half-read or been led to believe......this ain't no get rich quick thing.


out of the list maybe one or two are usable, the rest you might have trouble giving them away

I second that, the brutal truth is that this portfolio doesn't have resale value.
Most names are in new extensions, thus illiquid, and the rest are not appealing enough. Anybody can register names like these and even better names, people would need a compelling reason for buying your domains, rather than settle for some available name... have you ever bought a domain name from somebody ? If you haven't then you need to figure out why and put yourself in the shoes of everybody else: people hate paying more than reg fee for a domain name and will therefore almost always fall back on an unregistered domain that is 'good enough' for their purpose. Unless you have something they badly want/need - and that is priced right.

You said you are developer, so maybe you should sell developed websites instead. Any domain name can be developed after all.

A few of your names are usable but will still be very hard to sell. There are tens of millions of domains for sale but few active buyers.
