Its as accurate as you can throw it. The truth is, the only thing that makes a domain name premium, is if a buyer is willing to purchase it. I personally feel premium domains are 1k or more, others feel its 10k or more. I recommend getting an evaluation by your peers in the appraisal section. They will let you know better than an automated scoring system.

Thanks justin , reason ia sked this was cause i submitted them couple of domains and out of those domains they picked two and said they are premium domains with 400+ score. so i was just wodnering if its tru and worth keeping those domains for future

I think the answer lies within your question.
Personally I would never sell based on just a figure (like the appraisals from GD, a figure or range with no justification)
