How Above.com "Domains Conflicts" verify process works? Potential big Problem?

It is my 4th day to test above.com service. It is too earlie to know it really improve my parking revenue or not, but I find a serious issue for it's "Domains Conflicts" verify process

NOT like other parking service company, Above doesn't send me any mail when he put Conflict Domains into my account, or remove my domains to other users account.

All traffic looks Ok for me in my first 3 days, but I fin't Zero traffic for my highest traffic domain in the 4th day ( in both above report and all of my parking service accounts report). I don't know what happened then I put the domain in browser, and find the loaded page is provided by a Domain Parking Company which I don't have account there.

I still don't know what happend, then I back to Above's report page, by chance, I find that Above mark this domain with a "Ownership Confilict" ICON, but NO domains there if I click the "COnflicts" Tab in my account.

Then I readded the domain to my above account, now 12 hours passed and the status still:
- If I go to report page, the domain is marked as "Ownership Confilict"
- If I go to https://www.above.com/conflicts.php, it says There are no domains with conflicts...
- The domain still in my Default folder

AND ABOVE send traffic for this domain to a parking service company where I DON'T have an accont.

Very strange, there as NO issue for this domain in the first 3 days, but happend since the 4th days.

I guess that somebody added this domain to his above account in the 4th day by purpose, then Above make chanes in his favor and send traffic to his parking service account...

But how and why above make this happen? The whois information for this domain is exactly as same as my other hundreds of domains. Now I have set the DNS for this domain to DS and send traffic to my DS account diectly, in stead of using Above's service

But one day revenue is gone, and I am worried will have more issures like this in future.

Any of you have the same issue with above? And what is your solution?

If I understand you correctly, you got expected traffic and revenue for this domain for the first 3 days and nothing on day four. Is that correct? I have seen this sitation a couple of times, but never for a high earning domain. I would open up a support ticket, asap.

Yes, you are right. I think no revenue for one day is not a problem, but maybe more serious is:

This domain added to my default folder without any problem and record traffic / revenue rightly, BUT marked as "Ownership Conflict" in the fourth day and send traffic to a domain parking service company where I don't have an account...

This is very unreasonable. I am thinking about change DNS for my domains back to Parking Company's once find which one is the right for that domain to avoid this kind of situation happen again

sorry, I don't contact customer for this (I remember that somebody posted in this thread to mention above's support is very slow...). The conflict status is gone after 48 hours and looks the domain is back to my account again. However, I don't use Above's DNS when I find the issue
