Again, I am just too busy to keep up with this forum. I am trying and will do a good job but I am willing to sell this if I get a good offer.
This will have to be a really good offer though. Here's why:
1. This site is getting great traffic. As the title says it had 954 users online at the same time today. I will post traffic screenshots soon. ( Right now I am not feeling great and have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow. If I don't answer real quick please be patient. )
2. The people who are joining are coming back at a good rate.
3. The adsense is pretty well optimized. ( More screenshots to come. )
4. It is growing a list FAST! Coming up to 2000 quickly. I expect this site to have 5000 in 6 weeks.
5. There is a good possibility of getting a community going here. It needs more work for that but I have taken some steps to change the feel of the site.
6. It's a PR6.
This forum almost always has 300 or more users online. Check it out yourself. It's busy, growing and full of potential.
Some of you know about a simular forum that has over 125,000 members.
This one has a chance to be 1/4 that size in 12 months. A great chance.
Why am I selling? Well. I'll be happy to keep it, but I will sell any of my sites for the right price. I am also very busy and not feeling all that great lately.
I would like to see offers at high xxxx to start.
