Hosting with features needed... [$$]

I need a reliable host with a number of features and have listed all the minimum/expected needs below. Please give me some ideas/reviews/suggestions as to who/where I should go..


3GB+ Storage Space
30GB+ Bandwidth

cPanel + Fantastico etc.
100+ email accounts
50+ Parking/Addon Domains.
Prefer to have unlimited mysql db or a reasonably high amount.

Basically the main thing I need is for it to be reliable with great uptime and speed. Also need to be able to run a number of domains, ie. have something like WHM (web host manager) so I can create accounts for each domain.

What would I need to look out for? Would be better to look at reseller accounts? What kind of price range would you think I'm likely to have to pay for all that?
