Ok, I know everyone is going to complain but if you want the URL please PM me. I know this is a pain but I also do not want everyone stealing my idea which at this point I have no real competition.

On average the site makes around $1000-$1400 per month with about half that in recurring revenues. The recurring revenues are billed every month to the clients credit card which we keep on file. We also have around $700 in outstanding invoices and I have two pending deals that will net around $3500.

Included in the sale is around 20-25 websites and some are bigger sites with a lot of traffic. The business requires around 30 minutes to one hour per day.

The asking price is $13,000
