Homes is a great keyword, though I am not sure it makes sense in .gives for resale.
Also, I can't see one .gives sale listed on NameBio which I believe means one has never been reported (or maybe even made).

Who knows. Maybe someone will want it, but this extension doesn't have much going on re-sale wise.

absolutely so could be lucrative to a major fundraising organisation or something who knows, thought id try to broaden your horizons as anything's possible in this day and age I guess

The TLD .takes your money, but doesn't .gives.
I think it is a lousy TLD, other than for charity purposes it's useless.
And the combo doesn't make sense, not even grammatically.

As stated above, homes is a great keyword and with some others gTLD extensions it can make perfect sense and even have good resale potential. With .gives it is however quite a stretch plus not making much sense at first hearing either.

Personally I feel that resale potential of this in .gives is pretty low .I myself would not go for it if my aim would be to achieve some actual profit.

This is charity oriented gTLD, so higher value names are naturally those with keywords like (examples) : lord, god, faith, world, or even web, love, family, ...this kind of keywords imo.
