Assuming they're not domainers, every single one will answer HomePro.now as it immediately conveys "I need a home pro now" not some ai bot or tech company.

Like I said homepro.ai will likely never be developed. It'll just keep exchanging hands among domainers each time at a lower price.

The buyer is not that 'few dozen folks'. They're probably thinking of founding AI powered smart home appliances so that's why they specifically choose the .AI extension.

Like I said homepro.ai will likely never be developed.

I simply don't care since the money wasn't coming out of my pocket. I don't think the seller is concerned about this point either.
