Hey
i registered GIF.bz two days ago at domainsite.com but I can't make any changes to it. When i try to change nameservers it gives me an error saying that the name server is invalid or the domain is locked
when i unlock the domain, same thing happens and the domain gets locked again. I get the same error no matter what nameservers i use

I emailed the support the team two days ago but never heard from them yet. I am so lost? whats going on

Thats a strange issue.

Could it be you have not enabled cookies, and you are being logged out?

Or you have it set to stay locked?

I don't know what the issue was but I just got an email from them and they edited the Nameservers for me
Apparently name servers had to be manually synced or something, so i gave them the Name servers and they did it :)
Thanks

They have always had a bug or two in their system when it comes to NS's ... And it especially seems to happen on CCTLD's. Glad to hear it was resolved.

I was just having the same issue. I thought maybe I was trying to change them too soon since it was saying I should "Sync the name servers"

Anyways, I eventually was able to click through the errors and get the changes to take. Not sure how but got them changed.
