advice High CPC keywords in domain names - Any use? People do appear to buy them!

Is there a way to build a niche portfolio of landing pages that profit from high CPC domain names like the ones in my attached screen grab.


As you can see people grab these domains, so there has to be a profit strategy with these high CPC SLD keywords.
