Can anyone tell me if the placement of adsense on this site is fine/legal ?
Its a proxy site. The Adsense is placed on the top.....

i don't see any ads...it's a directory.

i believe, thought email google to check. Google ads can be placed on proxy sites but not proxied pages. You can only use them on the main page but not pages where your viewing a site by proxy.

Email to check though; usually get a reply within 24-48 hours!
