Hexonet-Registrant details change

I bought a domain name on Hexonet (Afternic aftermarket).
I received the domain on my Hexonet account but when i tried to change my contact details i got the following window after saving my own details:

I checked all the three boxes but i got error. I don't know which box to check. I want to opt out 60 days lock if possible.

Sorry to hear that, never used that provider. I don't think they've got a representative in the forum either

same here, techn. support cant help, so i dont feel very save there.

my problem is that i can update anything. no contact update, no nameserver updates, nothing.....
