If you ask me, it's too bright, needs a little contrast. And what's up with those text backgrounds (blue)? Looks like it needs a little more work.

The blue background doesnt work very well. I can see you'll be adding more detail on the page, but maybe if you used that background blue for your font-colour, then a charcoal grey for your text ,it will look great.
