Hand-reg Domain w/ 70 Unique Visitors Daily

Hi there,
I hand registered a Domain Name that is getting
an average of 70 unique visitors a day.

I am not sure where the traffic is coming from,
however I registered this domain a few days ago and set it up with
AfterNIC parking.

Here's my question, is this domain valuable as-is?
Also, if I were to develop it will it hurt the traffic or increase it?

It is a "Chat Room" related domain Keyword + Chat + .com

domain value can be gauged in many different ways

1st off i would recommend a real parking company like parkingcrew, domainsponsor, bodis or voodoo.

the 70 visitors/day doesn't mean much alone. if they are actual visitor that are turning into clicks, taht's important. they could be image requests,file requests etc. country of origin, adult keywords etc all factor in too.

if there are clicks and revenue, you can value the domain on a multiple of the monthly revenue (monthly rev x12-x24) etc.

that is just one way to est the value of a domain
