www.gymclub.us is for sale.

The site is not fully developed as you can see ,and has no traffic revenue etc... (well it Has little traffic but not enough for a scree shot)

It is almost ready to go but instead of me adding my own content i thought i would try and sell it as a "project" instead.

I had an offer of $200 for the site as is but the buyer backed out (well the "broker" did)

Id like to see offers of $100 with a bin of $140
The site lists health ang gym clubs in the us.

there are over 45,000 records (thats 45,000 pages right there)

for all gyms/health clubs, are there name,address,city,state, and phone number.

(it also has mod_rewrite)

The name is at registermate and has close to 1yr left till it expires.

I currently host the site on my reseller and it can stay there for a couple of weeks for free.

Hi,

If you try oceanside it will automaticaly take you to the oceanside ca listings or any other state/city/town that may be called oceanside.

Meaning theres no need to put oceanside ca into the search,simply oceanside will/would do.
