priced GroundSale.com - Was parked at SEDO just noticed #1 listing in Google

I"ve had this domain for almost a year sitting on SEDO.com as a parked page and never got it picked up by google until a week or so ago.

I'm whipping up a wordpress adsense site today to optimize the SEO.
right this moment it is #1 in google for "groundsale" can't find it for
Ground Sale or Ground for Sale but now that Google has hit it there's
no doubt in my mind it will go to top of second or 1st page.

TRAFFIC right now is 20 unique visitors per day! Not bad at all considering
it is for "groundsale" Imagine what will happen with "Ground Sale" and Ground for Sale".


If you look at it's who is you will see I have a lot of domains. Actually too many so I'm willing to let this one go for $200. Reduced to $40

I'll even include the site itself.

Wow what happened

I was number 1 for a couple weeks. I leave a post here and like a dummy include the .com and bam! Now I'm nowhere to be found on Google. I'm talking within hours.

This reminded me to be careful what I post here.
