Hello,
I got my first offer for one of my domains. The buyer said that the final price depends on a certification that I should obtain from an independent agency that should contain a non script valuation and TM verification. He said his bank won't allow him to pay without this certification?!

Now, I don't have an idea about such certifications! But I feel it is too much to ask! What do you think?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It`s a well known appraisal scam - They ask for a valuation that you pay for and afterwards you will never hear from the buyer again.

At least you are on the right website amongst the many experienced domain investors who knew that was a scam straight away
