Google, Alexa, Yahoo, Bing meta names on index page is good or bad?

i have put (google, alexa, yahoo, bing) all this meta name on my site of index page

<meta name="google-site-verification" content="xxxxxx />
<meta name="alexaVerifyID" content="xxxxxx" />
<META name="y_key" content="xxxxxxx" />
<meta name="msvalidate.01" content="xxxxxxxx" />

i want to know whether this will affect my search engine rankings and seo on google, because google ( i think so)will not like yahoo and bing meta name to be seen on any website index page.

can i put (google, alexa, yahoo, bing) all this meta name on my site of index page or remove yahoo and bing meta names. pls clear my confusion.
