advice GoDaddy guy wants to buy my 3-character dot com domain

What is a 3 character worth these days?
It is a number, number, letter dot com. decent numbers no 8 and the letter is K
I know the buyer wants it pretty badly, the godaddy rep called me at 8am.
and harasses me every day.
I was offered $1000, then $1500, I told them to buy a dot biz or dot whatever for $10.
they came back at $2500
do i help this guy out or continue to hoard domains till I die?

I realized just after posting that I didn't select only dot coms. Btw, U05 sold at 100. There're some com domains that sold at $150-200 in 2023, eg, qc8, c58. These are obviously not end-users sales. My intention was OP will get an idea after visiting the link.

8 is good for Chinese buyers.
Unfortunately, mine doesn't have an 8.

its K31 .com i just got it because its short and numbers. I have no attachment.

A quick google search shows a K31 is a type of rifle. That may, or may not be the interest for the domain.
Decide what you will be happy with and give them your best price.

Check domains similar to yours and estimate, take into account they looked for you so add about 20-30% percent on your estimate if you feel like it.
