Give me the skinny on Directi.com

Through a recent domain transaction I had to create an account with Directi.com Some how I had to create customer and a reseller account.

I would like to get some feedback on this program. There seem te be various kinds of way to make profit with the system. As reseller. Have sub reseller.

Is directi any good. Is it making money for oyu? Is it something one would want to put ones name behind? Is there also a way to make a Private label storefront. Any costs?

Please hit me with both good and bad experiences with this program. Should I waste my time to promote it or just grab my domains and run.

Sorry for not being more clear - I dont know much anything about this company and website either.

Is anybody using www.directi.com as a registrar and or reselling.

Just wanted to know if its worth investigating more and adding it to my revenue streams or not...

Directi Customer Service sucks ,And I am being kind
Some of their Resellers are Excellent to Deal with.

I Have both a Directi Reseller Account and Sub-Reseller Accounts setup from other Resellers. And have found the support from Directi is terrible. How people like Pratik deals with them on a daily basis is beyond me. I spent $100 on Phones over A clients Paypal Stuff-up for $20. They gave me the ""Toll-Free"" Number to rign from Australia . I get phone Bill and Find it was a Premium Phone Service costing $5 per minute .That is when I looked for and Found SquareBrothers.com and Shifted my Indian Domain site to a Sub-reseller account with them.

As for creating a Custom Website ,rather than the Sad Private-label look of DIrecti ,it can be done as there is an API available.
However now that several other Registrars have .IN & .co.in Domains Available at reasonable prices for resellers.
I think Directi will then die a Timely Death.
