Where should I focus first in expiree domains to buy (GEO) domains ?

1. A good name Domain
or
2. A keyword domain with good traffic and good CPC

And what will happen in both condition during resell

I’m no expert but for Geo names,
-City + product/service works well
-good search volume and Cpc
-if there are advertisers bidding on the keyword, it’s a good metric
-city population
-lesser variations on Dan
