I like top as well - plus elite, vip etc. I use to have few domains with top in it plus .com ;) , but I drop them all.
I am glad they are working for you - really.
    I am purist that's all.

    Good luck

I sold one gTLD in all of 2017. I have sold two different gTLD extension names already in 2018. I have also become pretty heavily invested in crypto currencies and have noticed more and more companies in that sector using the new extensions. I would say that they are becoming more mainstream.

I have pointed out on previous posts that Lending.Club does not resolve. Just looking at the top half of the list, note the following high $$$ nTLD sale domains which are not real businesses at least yet:

    Travel.Club
    Seniors.Club
    Auto.Club
    Pet.Club
    8.Club

    Video.Games
    Shop.Link
    Star.House

Given the difficulty of selling a domain for even high $XXX, anyone want to ponder why someone would spend five figures or more for a domain which does not even resolve or has no more than a landing page which was launched with 15 minutes of effort?

I stayed away from ngtlds for a long time but I now see some really good potential. My personal favourite is .life and I've been picking up premiums recently. For example Jade*life - the .com sold for over 1 million and the Asian Jade market it massive.....It may never sell for anywhere near the value of the .com but even at 1% of that, I think i'd be happy.

The ngtlds offer the domainers that didn't start back in the 90's a chance to make good money on short dictionary word domains, without spending big money.
