I got many free domains successfully. Make sure you had completed all information in your account profile.
I had gotten the same problem in one case. I asked them and they told me this.
After completing they sent me a new promo code free too.
But bad luck offer finished yesterday.
Btw they are currently running 1$ .eu registrations till today.
