Hello,

I'm looking to liquidate all the domains I own. Please help me determine a fair price if I were to sell all to an investor.

All domains are .com extension:

NationalAnnuity
PhilliesNews, EaglesNews, FlyersNews, SixersNews & 76ersNews
RamsNews, RocketsNews, CelticsNews, PacersNews & OriolesNews
TampaLenders, HollywoodRoofers, HealthcarePhoenix, HealthcareAustin & HealthcareDenver

Thanks for your time and consideration

GamblingJunkie & GamblingJunky:
- these are brandables with not a lot of great value IMHO. You are looking at regfee-low $xx reseller for them combined

NationalAnnuity
-financial domains can do well, but I am not too crazy about this one.. could either be a brandable annuity website or maybe something about national annuity awareness month (https://nafa.com/advocacy/national-annuity-awareness-month/). I'd put it at low - mid $xx reseller

PhilliesNews, EaglesNews, FlyersNews, SixersNews & 76ersNews
RamsNews, RocketsNews, CelticsNews, PacersNews & OriolesNews

- these are all TM domains so $0 unless you want to lose money with a lawsuit...

TampaLenders, HollywoodRoofers, HealthcarePhoenix, HealthcareAustin & HealthcareDenver
- these aren't bad GEO domains, but they don't usually sell for a whole lot at reseller. Still lender and healthcare are decent niches. I'd put them at low - mid $xx reseller each

If you are looking at selling them as a bulk package, resellers are going to want an additional discount and most likely won't want the TM domains included.... so I'd put it at high $xx to low $xxx for the package.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your comments. I'm having a hard time believing there is any TM issues here. I did a little research before I bought them and couldn't find any examples of lawsuits from the use of names like this. The largest sports blog network, SBNation.com has a few websites with team names including CelticsBlog.com. I doubt a large corporation would be using them if there was a chance of a lawsuit. Maybe they pay licensing fees but I would be surprised. Flyers.com is a fan site of the Philadelphia Flyers and obviously the Flyers and the NHL would love to own that domain.

I'd love to hear other's thoughts on this

Whether or not there have been cases where a lawsuit was brought doesn't mean one couldn't be brought. The fact of the matter is that the domain has a TM and that means you could lose it plus revenue/compensation if the TM owner so choose. Domains like that tend to have $0 value in reseller circles. It doesn't mean you can't make any value, but they don't sell to domainers.

Hope that helps!
