When I originally started this I was wanting to get into this market but I simply never had a chance to really do anything with it. I posted some links for it on some of my other sites a month or 2 ago and started getting some traffic to it. I figured that would be enough to get this place rockin but it apparently wasn't. I have no intentions of learning a "new" market. I have to focus all of my efforts on what I know. I have things like iamnotageek.com and gamescript.net taking up too much of my time.

There is quite a bit of potential income purely off of link sales thanks to the PR7 homepage with several PR6 sub pages.

The software being used is from ktools.net and is licensed. This software sells for $295 as of this posting.

I think NP should do as that 'other' forum; that is, no auctions can be posted simultaneously on other forums, that rule has been broken in this case, BTW.

didn't know that it had to be exclusive to DNF. This is my first sale like this.

I also own imagebug.net and will be including that simply because I have no interest in this market.

i think dnf's rules are only for domains, not websites

The fact of it being a PR7 and no BLs are included, really should be disclosed. Thats probably why the price is so high. Most people would pay 50-100$ / month just for a BL from a PR7 site.

I've modified the first post even more to make things even CLEARER.

This is a good/expensive script and a nice domain. I simply don't have time to do things like tracking link sales or anything like that. I'm overhauling my network and this just doesn't fit my currently plans. I can lineup some link purchases that will easily maintain this PR7 though if you'd be interested I believe it would cost around $300/mnth to stay a PR7 just can't guarantee that
