You can try contacting their support. Sometimes they can make the domain free for you. In any case, they will tell you why it does not work for you.

The coupon does not seem to work with .xyz.

In this case, no coupon is required. And I'm getting to add a free domain.

And I am not a new user. My porkbun account is several years old.

1-st it was 0, but on final step $2. I wrote to support. Will share answer here.

"Those codes (aside from xyzfree22red) should still be active."
