I've heard good things about 000WebHost

The only thing with them is they are very strict about staying within the bandwidth and storage limits on the free plan - if it's a new site then not to much to worry about, but as it builds up traffic then you will probably have to upgrade....

Any of these free plans are not worth it imo.....if your serious about setting up a website pay for good hosting - you get what you pay for at the end of the day.....

I would go with infinityfree.net or if ur owned domain is a tld domain, may try freehosting.com (may need to buy ssl tho).
