Old time member here.

Im selling an website that offer a lot of information regarding saltwater aquariums.

I had it for years and I have never put any real effort to it. Just a plain and very easy design.

Around 50 - 70 unique visitors everyday. Around 90 % of the visitors is organic coming from relevant searches in Google.

I added some adsense, but doesnt make much there as I havent tweaked it, make a dollar here and there. I thought to add clickbank offers (some good paying offer there) etc, but I never tried it so far. I haven touched the website for some years but still generating some great organic traffic, every day. I had plan updating often but other projects have taken my time and just have kept in my portfolio.

I feel a new owner can make some great money here adding relevant affiliate offers etc and start put more content on it. The owner could either add a new wordpress template or just keep it going like this. Its really stable in the serp.
