impulse : i bought the site from a previous owner who collected the content but the content is collected from all over the web

Content is cute but I noticed that it does not have any copyright mark on it. Is there any copyright issue involved?

(Being an ecard artists/animator its a serious issue and companies got sued every now and then to have stolen content. These images have been created by some one and we must know if its leagly safe to use them without his permission. Hope you understand what I mean.)

about the copyright i was going to add a disclaimer at the buttom which solves everything , dont you worry and the stats and revenue screenshots are in the way

Can you please enlighten us a little more about the Disclaimer? If the artist is kind enough not to sue the owner and simply ask to take the content of the site what you will be left with? So please tell me from where are you getting new content?
It is important because if I purchase this site I will be adding more content which is impossible without knowing the source.

i`ll tell you the sources for the content also , about the disclamir , there are some sites about the same character which have this disclamir and they faced no problems
