Apologies if this is not the right place to post such things. I'd like to give everyone a christmas gift. The attached zip contains files for making fairylights appear around the browser border when someone views your page in IE. It only requires the addition of one server side include, or copying the fairlights.inc code into your Body tag. I made it for our intranet so I didn't bother make it compatable with any other browsers. It play's nice though.
If you can improve on it please let me know!
