SafeLink Wireless is a government supported program that provides a free cell phone and airtime each month for income-eligible customers.

SafeLink Wireless is currently offering service in parts of Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia with plans to expand service to serveral other states.

tmiwireless offers free cellphone but you need to pay service so is wirefly.
