SpammerAlert was created by its previous owner as a forum system to alert members of new spam threats aimed at consumers - and for users to also add to the database. All members get email alerts when a new post concerning a spam threat has been made. The previous owner did not monetize well with this site.

After I aquired I've added my ad rotation and have used the sites memberbase leverage to turn them on to many of my sites and services. This has worked great earning thousands for my other sites, but the member base though still growing daily is all aware of my sites/services - so I feel it is time to sell to a new owner, one perhaps who can better develop this concept even further. You can use the .mobi address and even send mobile alerts with ads to members - there is sooo much room for this to be built upon and you have an established site and prime domains to do it with!

Because it is not realy a discussion forum, but rather an alert system. Posts are only made when a new spam threat is reported. 10+ members sign up daily - and most will never post a new threat - but will rather recieve alerts of new threats -> This is what is great here, you have a continuous self-building newsletter list of members you can target your sites/programs to.

Basically you got a website with a bunch of members. We dont know if you got them all to sign up through a software or something so I am kind of cautious.

1. Are they real members that have signed up with real email addresses?

2. Why do they sign up? Do you send them a new spam alert when one is posted?

3. How do you make your money?

1. They are all real members. I DON't know about quality, many may be from lowing paying click countries (asia, s. america) They all sign up with real emails because they need to verify. Because of good search engine indexing, it is not surpiring that 10-20 new people will sign up daily out of the hundreds of daily visitors - I assume they think its a good idea to get alerts about spams and scams aimed at consumers - or they're bored!

2. They sign up after ending up on the site and deciding to join the alert system - I have only sent out emails to members 2 times about a couple of my services- response was good and sales increased during those 1-3 days periods.

3. The creator of the site did not have any ads and hence made no money. I purchased because I knew what 3400 member at the time could do for me by way of seding those members emails about my products - I cant provide stats for that as I was selling my other services. I use my own banner rotation script, it includes adsense ads in rotation along with my other ads.

All I can say is Im in no rush to sell at the price of $350 any longer - any person who does affiliate marketing will know what 6k+ growing members can d for their biz - one person may be able to use that member base leverage to make $1000's day, while others won't know how to make a dollar off it!

The domains included alone are worth more that $350 Estibot.com states the .com domain alone with traffic is worth $300+ not including site, 6k members and al the other included domains which are worth another $200 at the lowest market value - also the domain is a PR2!
