Before I start, I'd just like to say that I am not sure if this is where I should be posting this or not, so if it is not, I am sorry.
I've owned a web-based company from Hagerstown, Maryland called Vorcate Business Solutions for roughly two years now. We specialize in all areas of design and marketing for small to medium sized businesses worldwide. I've recently taken interest in some new ventures, and would like to sell my current company.
We average between 600-700 unique visitors per month with about a 20% sales conversion. I have never done any advertising for my company because of the costs to do things locally. However, we get a fair amount of work on a monthly basis. I do most of the sales myself because I know the job will get done and I follow up with most of my leads.
Volo Networks, a private hosting company in York, Pennsylvania is interested in partnering with us. They will offer design services to their customers which will be provided by Vorcate Business Solutions, and in exchange, we are to send any customers who need web hosting to them. So, right off the bat, you will be getting a partner.
There are three other companies across the United States interested in partnerships, so overall, the new owner of my company will have a huge sense of potential with their company.
Vorcate Business Solutions is a registered Sole Proprietorship with the State of Maryland. I registered it in Baltimore City roughly two years ago. The only reason it's not an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) is because I work with contractors, and have no immediate staff on payroll.
The new owner of VBS will be provided with a list of current customers who like ongoing work done, leads, and contact information for partners and contractors. This business can be run from your own home or office without much effort involved.
We also have a local and toll free number with Vonage, and we were told the 800 number can convert to whoever the new owner is.
The new owner will also be able to take over www.vorcatetemplates.com (A TemplateMonster affiliate site) and www.vorcatehosting.com which needs to be completed.
I'm looking for the best offers available. With the amount of time and money I've put into this company, I am hoping to return a fair investment from the new owner.
