    I sold mood.ai with Sedo for $ 2,719.
    Transfer completely finished March 4, 2020.
    Credit note created March 4, 2020.
    Payment took place in the interval March 11-13.2020
    There is still no money.

    Sedo says that SWIFT can go ten banking days.
    Eight banking days have passed.

    I know you are frustrated as you have not received clear funds for the sale of mood.ai. However as we have clearly informed you on multiple occasions, in the transfer center and across the multiple social media platforms you are posting on. We have paid you for the sale, Sedo sent you the money and clearly notified you of this. We have sent you a copy of the swift payment as proof that we instigated the payment and you replied to the transfer agent saying that your bank checked the document and said that it was created correctly.

    We are doing everything we can to assit you with this and find our whats going on, our Finance department confirmed they will reach out to the bank to see if they can find out anything else which we informed you about. Our finance team has found out the payment is stuck at an American intermediary bank who are having difficulties sending the payment to the receiver's bank, and they are asking for the USD-correspondent of the receiver's bank. You can ask your bank for this, your transfer agent going to inform you about this.

    Socratic.ai is a completely different transaction, Sedo has helped you successfully close more than 40 sales since you have been with us and we have paid you for ALL of these sales, yet you are delaying the transfer of this domain. Just like we have assisted you with the sale of more than 40 domains we will do the same for Socratic.ai and mood.ai. But for Socratic.ai, we can not release the funds for Socratic.ai until the buyer has received the domain name.

    The delay of the payment for mood.ai does not affect your transfer with Socratic.ai, if you do not give us the auth code for the domain then we can not release the payment as the domain can not be transferred, you are delaying the buyer receiving the domain.

    Please understand that due to the corona virus and current pandemic, Sedo is doing its utmost to deliver a reliable service to all of our customers, our team is working remotely to keep the same service being delivered.     Firstly, I really don’t like the fact that you transferred a transfer with mood.ai to the “Closed Transfers” section on your website. Until the client has received the money, this should be in the "Running Transfers" section. This reflects your disregard for customers. You got your money, but what about the client does not bother you.

    Igor, we have gone above and beyond helping you resolve this, if we were simply disregarding you then we would not be doing all we can to communicate with the banks on your behalf to see what has gone wrong. Sedo has paid you the money, if the money is stuck between banks, then that is not our fault, the money has left our account we have proved this with the SWIFT confirmation.

    The domain was transferred and the money was paid from our account to yours, this is why it is listed under a closed transfer. All we can do is try and assist you in resolving it with the bank.

    Sedo has always had a very leisurely work style. I had two cases before when it was very difficult for me to get the money. Once I got ~ $ 10,000 just half the large-scale campaign on social networks. Now, in conditions when the coronavirus is atrocious on the planet and the financial system is malfunctioning, such lazy work is especially unacceptable.

    I am still convinced that you have no moral right to call the transfer closed until the client receives the money. It is very bad that you do not understand this. You reaffirm the disregard for consumers of your services.

    By the way, your employees sent the previous payment for inform.ai you sold to the wrong account. You sent the euro to an account designed for dollars, and I had to go to the bank to write a statement so that they would give me the money. Under quarantine, such a trip is fraught with risk and difficulty.

    Yes you received the payment because we sent it to you when we originally said we did. Sedo is not responsible for any delay caused at an intermediary bank.

    In conditions when, due to the coronavirus, banks are closing down or working with a reduced workforce, it is necessary to optimize and reduce the SWIFT chains. Since both Sedo and I are in Europe, I move on to sales for euros. Then it’s more likely that the money will reach me faster.

    Once a bank wire is sent as long as the recipient information is correct it will arrive.

    Your post title is misleading and implies that they held up the payment.

    They created a credit note on March 4, and sent it on March 12. This is a pretty big delay.
    I asked for SWIFT confirmation on March 17th.
    Got it on March 23rd.

    Formally, the Sedo did not violate anything.
    But imagine that the SWIFT chain used a bank on the island where the volcano is raging. Clearly, the money is stuck in this bank. San Francisco had become such a volcano by the time it sent the money. Although now the whole planet is affected by a coronavirus.
    Therefore, you need to try to look for the shortest chains for SWIFT and not delay the sending of money, where it depends on the sending company.
