Do you need a website sold now? Do you have no idea how to sell on Flippa? Do you want to sell your site for the most money with the least amount of work? Why bother!? I'll sell your website for you and you won't have to lift a finger... Here is what I am offering:
-I will sell your site for you and write the sales page
-I will answer customer queries and market your product or website
-I will use my own account and trust on Flippa so you can get listed faster
Here is what I need from you:
1.site url and stats( sites can be anything- startups, established, information products, memberships…no problem)
2.revenue source information
3.domain register information
4.your budget for the listing(listings can be"jazzed up" using options like featured listing etc)
5.after I get the website researched I will then go over with you the price you would like to get out of the site
6.I will send you my recommendations and what plan I think we should put into action
Here is what I can't do for you:
I can't transfer the domain and database for you. The reason for this is because the information from the host and your registrar is very sensitive and I don't want to be responsible for that information.
Here is the process one more time:
send me your site info and details
we decide on a price to shoot for and go over buy-it-now or auction style
I create the sales page and manage the user-comments
we sell the site and the money goes directly into your paypal
you're done!

My fee is 1/3 of the sale price. If your site doesn't sell I don't charge you anything!
*note* when the sale price is determined you have a few options- you can go ahead and pay my fee depending on the sale price we determined... if the site doesn't sell the fee will be sent back to you or the variation of the fee depending on sale price. If you have a trader rating of at least 5 or if your account is over two years old I will accept the fee after the sale is over.
