Client reached out not via parking/sale page but via WHOIS contact.
This was my first flip for this quarterl and first time lease. Sold/Leased at 10,500 - paid less than .001% in comparison to the sale price. There was no back and forth haggling - just our price sent to them.
Used in house legal counsel draw up the paperwork and it’s held in escrow- with the client having almost complete control via or API, they can’t change WHOIS contact, status, or transfer the domain out.
We required a 10% down payment + two months + setup fee (in house programming and devops setting up the API).
Overall client is happy and we’re now in a position to offer this built in to the backend and sales team offerings.
