Guys, i just sold the first .charity extension Domain.
I got the Domain world.charity sold https://namebio.com/world.charity and its the First and Only recorded Sale for this Extension.

well that changes everything if this was an outbound sale. without that you'd still be waiting ... like forever.

It was not 100% Outbound, but on this DNS i tried it alot and got no results That was between 2021-2023, i stopped last year with Outbound and last month i got over Sedo first a Offer, then the Buy. So i think its one of my contacted Leads, they just decided to buy it. over the time i increased the price, every year by 5k USD so i think they just think, before it will get more expensive, we just buy it. LOL

Only one xyz.com Domain.

Its a Asset, a Store of Value.
Im sure, the buyer bought this DNS to develope or to Store Value.

Maybe in a short or long time he will sell it back to someone for much much more $$$

The branding of world.charity is perfect. So im sure i could get more. But Money is Money honestly and in this business you never know. So i took the Money and run away

And dont forget, 400USD renewal fees, so waiting another 5 or 10 years will cost me 2-4k $
