Keep the 4 letter .com, they might be more valuable in future or turning to be acronym of something, now they are reg fee to low $XX.

TiVoSale.com I dont know what to say about it, what is "TiVo"? Without more information about that looks like reg fee.

DomainSeeking is quite brandable but undeveloped I would say low $XX. Same for 9Deals.
