I think FemaleSexuality.info is better than femaleErotica.net. If you are receiving type-in traffic, that will put some value on both.

You may develop a mini site for FemaleSexuality.info that has nice wordtracker count and good PPC, a site with articles about female sexuality related health problems etc.

For selling, to find a potential end user for both you may need either luck or a very long waiting time. So they're valuable at owner's hand but not that much valuable at the market. For me both mid xx.
