status-resolved Expired ad Dynadot will not honor

NP home page has a $6.99 no promo code needed .com sale announced on top of page but when I ordered 2 names yesterday dynadot charged me $8.50 x 2 because they said sale was over 8-31-19 when I complained they said it's my fault for not reading the very small fine print exp date and also claimed the ad was running without known authorization past its expiration date and they had no idea how it could happen and refused to give me the sale price via chat.

It clearly showed the date, so they are right. There are thousands of expired ads everywhere ,but thats why they put the dates on the ad.

So does that make it OK an ad is running 2 weeks after expiration date?

It sure was not clear to me very small font size and not easy to read colors.
