My passion is .us but under new era of "pandemic" & since UK will left EU think to ad on my passion for domains also .eu

What I use myself is domain catcher auctions (for example dоmаinоrdеr). I don't understand what you mean by update interval. What I do myself is check a few times a day or the domain names have become available. As far as I know, domain names are released at random times in a day.

Sorry, my english is not the best.
About "update interval" i mean that that page (expireddomains.net) updates once a day the list of available domains for .EU extension and not in real time or with a few minutes delay.

For this: "As far as I know, domain names are released at random times in a day."
I think all the extension have one hour a day about what is available for all. In .ES its about 4-5am all days for example.

Was massive fight on catch order platforms special on Shopping . eu , on one of this platform bid was 17k euro
Why? Because Shopping .eu was sold in 2006 with 200k eur/usd ( can remember )
I bid my self also on few names ( and win ) but on most of them i was outbid like name .eu , close . eu bullion .eu etc..
But i get few like :

R6 . eu
X0 . eu
..and i am happy

I think offers on some domain names were too high (like influencer eu) for only if they bought the domain name to sell. I saw a lot of new buyers so maybe they couldn't control themselves with making offers :D. Within an hour I received an email from interested parties for one of the domain names I registered. I have reached an agreement so when the deal is done I will share it on "Report completed domain name sales".

About shopping .eu - was bargain & winner or buyer ( high bidder ) is a end buyer from start so by bye for next few decades ( lol )
Nice to hear that you already have a offer for a domain that you catch on Brexit names...me still waiting ( lol )..

The buyer of TopFX.eu was the same buyer of TopFX.com (that sold for $2499 in 2011).
From my research, I am not sure if TopFX.eu was actually listed for sale at Sedo. Sedo may have been hired by the buyer/client as a broker to contact the seller and negotiate a win-win deal (probable).
In any case, it's a super (outlier) .EU sale.
