Hello everyone,

I recently opened a 3rd Domain Transaction on Escrow.com where I am the buyer. The other 2 transactions were a while ago, but they went smoothly, and I received my domain names.

Now, for this 3rd Transaction, I submitted the 1st payment out of 4 payments, but Escrow.com haven't replied to any of my emails when I asked them about if they have received the domain name from the seller.

They are not responding to any of my emails.

To make things worse, Escrow.com won't let me log in with my details, it says they are incorrect, but I know they are correct.

When I requested a new password, I receive no email from Escrow.com.

What is happening? Have Escrow.com scammed me? Can anyone else log in?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
This thread is now resolved.

Escrow.com eventually replied to my emails. It seems their Independence Day lasted longer than July 4, because they only replied back on the 6th...

If anyone else has trouble logging into Escrow.com, please wait a while, their coding is very very buggy and will sometimes not recognize your username and password. Many threads in the past on namepros were regarding this same problem, you can search and see.

@chickenfillet Please feel free to contact me directly if you have additional issues: [email protected]. I can also call you in Australia, whenever you would like to speak and I'm on Skype too.

@Escrow.com

Please review your DNS setup and mail server configuration. A while back I had to whitelist one of your IP addresses because of a missing PTR record.

Consequence: your mails were rejected as spam.

People, if you are not getting replies to your mails, that doesn't mean the other party did not respond or is ignoring you. They may not be receiving your mails, or you may not be receiving theirs for whatever reason. Like this very one.

Thanks Kate. I sent it to my team.

I can't call from Australia, I don't have calling cards with me, and it's expensive.

Hi Chickenfillet,
Glad we could sort out the login issue for you. I've just scheduled a meeting with our phone provider to see if we can get some lines added for local calls in Australia and Europe. I'll update this thread when I've got their response.

@Kate, I had the same problem, an important email went to the spam folder.
A buyer contacted me asking why was the transaction canceled... I researched the spam folder and found this "#NNNNNN Ecart transaction - Transaction timeout".

It would be great if we could receive more warnings before a transaction was canceled... or at least some way for us to reinitiate it. I don't know if there is any issue by just ordering again...

I contacted support on July 9th, waiting for a reply:
"Can you please reinitiate Transaction #NNNNNN, I never saw the email because it went to spam folder."

Yesterday I contacted Jackson and right now I will contact Mauli.
The buyer tried to contact escrow.com as well but found strange that no one replied.

Hello I emailed you earlier but wanted to respond on here. I have reported the issue to my engineering team and Jackson so we can get it handled. If there is anything, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
