I have been using PP for over a decade. Probably longer. I can't remember when I started using them. I only had one chargeback in all that time. Never suspended. The fact of the matter is that any transaction provider can suspend you at any time. Even a bank. You have the option of working with them to resolve the issue(s) or bitch about it publicly. The latter will get you nowhere. The key to success is to develop strong relationships with every provider and build a solid history with them. I feel that Epik has already burned their bridge with regards to PayPal. Obviously PP doesn't think cutting off Epik will be a loss to them. Frankly, probably the opposite.
