get on chat and ask for the NamePros Domainers Special or PM @RL

Just set up a new account using the affiliate link and tested a new reg.

Says $10 for new reg.

$8.34 for transfer.

I see Master Bucks is a separate co.

Do you have to reg a separate account at Master/bucks/com to use Epik's escrow service?

I see a box checked in the domain profiles section that says "make private".

Do domain regs at Epik come with free privacy?

Yes, they offer privacy for free.

If funds are disbursed, then the fee depends on the transaction size and the payment method that was used. It is never more than 5%. For a wire transaction, it is 1.5%, and can be even lower for a large transaction.

There's a bunch of specific examples in the previous pages, you might just read from beginning to find the examples that are closest to the method you're looking for.

So you have to register for a Masterbucks account separately from Epik?

No. You just have your epik account open and then when you go to masterbucks.com it automatically logs you in. It just uses your same login info as you use for your Epik account.

This is posted at Epik's escrow page-

How Epik Domain Escrow Works
  1. Both parties enter into a new escrow transaction.
  2. Buyer sends payment to Epik's Masterbucks Escrow account
  3. Seller provides authorization code to Epik.
  4. Seller approves Form of Authorization to confirm transfer.
  5. Epik verifies that all payments from buyer are received in escrow, and all domains from seller are received in escrow.
  6. Epik simultaneously transfers all assets to complete the transaction: domain ownership is transferred to buyer's Epik account while funds are simultaneously released to seller's Masterbucks account
As to number 3 "Seller provides authorization code to Epik"

What if the domain is still under the 60 lock?

Does anyone know if you can still do the transaction using Epik escrow?

How does this work?

Is there a way to handle this once the escrow is started with the form?

When I go to master/buckscom when logged in to Epik it still says to register for an account.

Does this only work if you have funds at Masterbucks or if you have a domain transaction happening?

For me it works (autologin) on masterbucks.com

Clear all your cookies and cache... and restart your browser... then try again...

Thanks, already thought of that and tried it.

Still doesn't work.

Ask Epik if your account is really activated...
Maybe, some confirmation via email is needed... or some time to propagate on masterbucks.com

Account is definitely activated and I have already been on chat about getting the NP reg and transfer prices which did not work when I set up the account using the affiliate link in one of the other Epik threads.

I will try again soon and see if there is a change.

Thanks.

What if the domain is still under the 60 lock at another registrar?

Can you still use Epik escrow without the auth code and just do a push between registrar accounts?

They ask for the auth code in the form when you start the escrow.

How does this work?

Is there a way to handle this once the escrow is started with the form?

I think, it is just a general/common explanation...
Via message in form you can remark that only push is available, and that's all.

I wonder if all fields in the form are required.

They do ask for the auth code.

That is why I was wondering if a push is possible if the domain is still locked and the auth code can't be used.
