I am part of a media company, newspapers, tv and such. our products reach into the interactive media world as well. one of our brands, also registered as brand, we only have the .net domain. this type of product relies heavily on the internet and traffic generated from there. eNom is squatting on the .com and does not answer any C&D letters from our attorneys, the reps are tight lipped about the phone number(s) of the legal department; i've heard every answer, including: our legal department doesn't have phones... - yeah sure, and they send white pigeons instead of talking to someone.
in any event, eNom doesn't have a legal leg to stand on, yet they are squatting on a domain that under TM law should be ours. long story short, the longer it takes, the higher our attorney costs become and waiting for ICANN to intervene, might just take a few more generations.
long story short, it would help to get a phone number to contact eNom and find out what their holdup is or what the ignore tactics are about or why they are doing business in the first place.

Very interesting. Well good luck both finding the number and getting back the name.

Since Enom was recently bought by Demand Media perhaps you can try going thru them.

If they aren't responding to a C&D this may mean they either feel they have a legitimate right to it, or they may not own it, it might just be registered through them. Not everyone who gets a C&D will respond to it. And if they don't want to talk to you about it, then you either have the option of giving up or filing for resolution...

They might not own it. Their name might be on it because the registrant used their "private registration" service which keeps the registrant anonymous. I suggest you using an attorney familiar with "domain law". I recommend John Berryhill. He is active in these forums and he attends all of the domain conferences and ICANN meetings. He is very well versed with domain legal issues and if you truly have a right to the domain, he can help you get it. Good luck!

Have you tried asking Enom's support to forward your legal issue to their legal
department to possibly contact you about it?
