I am part of a media company, newspapers, tv and such. our products reach into the interactive media world as well. one of our brands, also registered as brand, we only have the .net domain. this type of product relies heavily on the internet and traffic generated from there. eNom is squatting on the .com and does not answer any C&D letters from our attorneys, the reps are tight lipped about the phone number(s) of the legal department; i've heard every answer, including: our legal department doesn't have phones... - yeah sure, and they send white pigeons instead of talking to someone.
in any event, eNom doesn't have a legal leg to stand on, yet they are squatting on a domain that under TM law should be ours. long story short, the longer it takes, the higher our attorney costs become and waiting for ICANN to intervene, might just take a few more generations.
long story short, it would help to get a phone number to contact eNom and find out what their holdup is or what the ignore tactics are about or why they are doing business in the first place.
