Unless I'm completely mistaken, I don't believe there's a TM on it based on my research. But then again, that assumes I'm not mistaken, in which I usually am according to my Wife, family, friends, co-workers, etc. etc. lol. Let's "assume", it doesn't have TM issues. Appraisal?

Like you see, there is no active trademarks for this namely. I can't give any appraisals, I have said this many times before, if end-user wants that name, you can ask xxx, x,xxx or xx,xxx. It so hard to give appraisal for some of the names because you don't ever know who wants to buy it

Great if there isn't any issues. I was assuming you'd have an issue with moniker.com if you go down the domain selling route. Very similar domain.

Don't know anything about that. It is really similar with moniker.com, I don't know at all will that came some problems. The person who did register this domain name should find out something about this before registering this kind of names

Thank you very much for the replies; I truly appreciate your valuable input/insight. I did do a search as to whether or not there is a TM and came up short prior to registering it. I also believe there is enough uniqueness to the domain name, as compared to moniker.com (singular but most importantly, doesn't use "e" as a prefix) That's like saying eTrade.com could not exist because Trade.com does. I'm praying I could do a quick flip for a few thousand. Is that impossible, improbable, etc.? I could even build it out and list all the domains that not only I own, but others' portfolios as well. So in short, $3K to the right buyer do you think?
