In your opinion, sending emails to end users, what can work well for Subject line:

1 - domainname.com

2 - domainname.com for sale

3 - domainname.com is available

4 - something else...

Thanks

I think "for sale" is to the point.

I use a variety of subject lines, but my favorite is

"Any interest in owning domainforsale.com?"

You need to put your contact details in signature.

I wanted to say for a prospect read "for sale" in the subject line could get him/her to refuse the message and delete it.

But maybe I'm wrong

I really like the domain.com subject line and have been getting some great open rates. Another one I do like is simply Hello First Name or Hey First Name.

This works well but the domain.com will be best because this means if they open the email they are somewhat interested in that domain name.

I am currently working on a simple message within the body to generate more responses I keep having a lot of people open the emails but no response. What have you guys experience?

I always just write only the domain in the subject. Usually I write new messages for every domain. Some types of domains deserve a different sales approach. It's usually about 3 paragraphs or 800 words, sometimes way shorter too. Try to make it fun to read even if they know everything already. If it's a really valuable name and I'm talking to bigger companies I'll keep it very short, a sentence or 2. Typically not too many numbers or facts. Just basic info about domains and how they might want to just re-brand all together. Usually always link to namebio. (no specifics) so they can look at prices, or similar active flippa auctions. Also general tips about advertising, getting more traffic, really anything to help them out beyond just domain name. If I do outreach I always put a price on it. Typically, if their site is really pathetic I'll include "Asking 1,250 (always make it really exact, 1,250 rather than 1,200 [psychology]) I'll include some extra tips, pointers, ideas etc at that price, otherwise I'm open to negotiations."

I have had much success in having my emails opened and replied to by keeping it simple and direct.

"Opportunity to acquire domainnamedotwhatever"

Keep switching it up to see what works best for you.

I am using SideKick to track my email. I get the highest open rate when I put the company name in the subject and not the domain name you try to sell or any mention of for sale.

In my opinion, it is the best presentation :!:

I few weeks ago I started outbound emails.

My subject was simply: "DomainName.com"

I got a reply from someone interested. The name had to do with they type of business they had, so I think that is what made them open it.

The email was short.

Yes, the domainname in the subject line have to be related to the business of the prospect :!:
