domain eCardME.com is for sale - I need to get the price idea. Help

Hello guys!

I registered eCardME.com way back in 2001 with Registerfly.com (see wayback machine http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://ecardme.com ).

After registerfly.com had the problem I lost control of this domain (along with many other). BTW Godaddy just marks this domain available so I can get it back.

Search domain whois and I found there are 3 ecard websites below: http://ecard-me.com - http://ecardme.co.uk - http://ecardme.mobi (redirect to icardme.com)

Because I want to sell ecardme.com to them I need to know how much ecardme.com worth and the way to get 3 owners go to bid for ecardme.com

Really clever domain, I think you might be able to get around $75-$100 for this.

One quick question:

If I develop ecardme.com as a free greeting cards site look like birthdayalarm.com, when it get ranked on alexa around 100.000, then how much it will worth (in this case I will sell the domain name with content & users)
